Woman denies making up Hickinbotham harrassment allegations,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
Malgorzata Poniatowska today denied she made the allegations so that her sexual harassment case in the Federal Court would be settled.
Ms Poniatowska claims Alan Hickinbotham, the chairman of Adelaide home building company Hickinbotham, commented that she had "two good assets" while staring at her breasts during a meeting in April 2005.
She agreed with Mr Gotting that she rang Mr Hickinbotham in 2006 after an unfair dismissal claim she made in the Industrial Relations Commission was brought to an end,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
She denied that Mr Hickinbotham said that her claim about kissing her was "total bullshit and offensive".
Ms Poniatowska also denied that she told Mr Hickinbotham she made the allegation to get back at the company and her team leader,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Roz Sharrad.
"Absolutely not,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I never said that."
Ms Poniatowska claims she was sexually harassed while working as a sales consultant for Hickinbotham in 2005 and is seeking compensation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
She claims she was asked for sexual favours by fellow employee Mark Flynn,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], was sent an obscene picture on her mobile phone by colleague Remo Lotito and that Ms Sharrad encouraged her to have sex with an industry colleague to help the company.
