Also the water-resistant treatment helped keep my feet dry on a few rainy days. No small feat considering insulation and waterproofing usually spells frumpy. They're incredibly comfortable, and from the first wearing I've been happy to keep them on from morning through work and into the evening. They feel good all day. Even the next day. I may have found the perfect boot. I wore my boots on the mile walk from the bus station to our office and was pleasantly surprised with their comfort level. They're a great height - I felt sexy and empowered, compelled to (silently) hum "These Boots are Made for Walkin'" down the streets of New York City. Two really nice,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not-to-be-missed features are the adjustable buckles and expandable leather panel to help fit a wide variety of calf sizes. Fabulous with skirts or pants. Little did I know that there are plenty of extended-calf boots out there. When I came across Silhouette's collection of larger sizes, I fell in love with the Strap Boot,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a riding/motocross hybrid. I'm used to wearing high-heeled boots,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but these one-inch heeled beauties were extremely comfortable and stylish. I walked miles in them without my feet hurting. Attractive side buckles, comfortable low wedge sole, great color and extra calf elastic to make them comfortable for slim and not-so-slim legs.
