FBI looking for answers after lasers target planes landing in NYC
NEW YORK, Oct. 21 () -- Federal investigators are search for answers into multiple incidents of individuals aiming lasers at planes landing at New York's LaGuardia airport.The FBI said laser reports are up 17 percent from 2012 and pose a significant security risk for pilots who can be blinded in the final moments of landing a plane, WPIX-TV,[url=http://www.ksacinc.com/cheapbeats/?]cheap beats[/url], New York, reported Saturday.The two most recent incidents were reported the evening of Oct. 15, when pilots about 2,000 feet above the ground on final approach reported their cockpits were illuminated with green laser light.
