Tai Chi Shoes
I have been practicing tai chi since 1986. During these years I have tried and worn a variety of shoes for training and practicing in various styles of Tai Chi. Pictured above is a pair of 'typical' tai chi shoes that people usually think of. They are made in China and very inexpensive. Those shoes are junk really, offering little traction, little support, and fit is usually not optimal either. I don't recommend those at all!

Here is another great shoe that I have tried which is similar to the Asics Tai Chi mentioned above. This shoe is a bit different in that there is no lacing system, but rather uses a velcro tab for security instead.
