The Texans are partnered with Manchester United and Nike, and are also the current host club for the Dallas Cup.
They are also the only US based club to win the Dallas Cup SuperGroup with their incredible side a few years back that featured current MLS players Omar Gonzalez (LA),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Andre Akpan (Col),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and Stephen McCarty (NE). Not to mention their best player at the time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Jonathan Villanueva,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], who had such amazing potential and is now with the Richmond Kickers after playing for Virginia in College and flirting with MLS Generation adidas program. (anyone know where Bill Dworsky and David Murphy landed?)
Being part of the Nike family, Dallas Texans are getting the superstar treatment and being featured in the same promos as Arsenal, Corinthians,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and Barcelona. In this particular video they get to step into the spotlight all alone as they prepare for Dallas Cup.
