A key issue, the (Phoenix) Arizona Republic noted, is whether Nash would eventually be forced to pay child support, under California law, should Alejandra Amarilla Menrath, his ex-wife, move to California.Nash currently leases a home in Manhattan Beach, Calif. The couple divorced in 2011.Menrath and the children live in Paradise Valley, Ariz., and need Family Court approval to relocate outside the state.
