Resumes can be first step in not getting a job, CareerBuilder says

Another 36 indicated resumes were too generic without displaying awareness of the specific job opening.Another 35 percent said resumes that did not list skills was a common problem. Thirty-two percent indicated that candidates cut and pasted wording from the job posting in their resume.Some resumes included incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
