Andy Ried coming to the Chargers
Andy Reid seems to be similar to Norv in the fact that he doesn't really seem to motivate his players. There are talks of him coming to the Chargers since he is from So Cal and has a huge house on the beach in San Diego.
Anything is better than Norv Turner, but would anyone truly be excited if Andy Reid was our next HC?

You're operating under a misconception. Norv is not soft spoken when he's dealing with players.
You're looking at his public interview persona and drawing the wrong inferences.
The above said, here's the bottom line. If we do not make the post season, and that's looking likely, Norv is most likely gone. Believe me when I tell you it will not be because Norv was too soft on this team. Norv's been coaching for fricken 30 years. It's not as if he suddenly has lost his way. Ex: What makes you think Norv does not work 18 hours a day? Almost every coach does that.
Gruden and Billick are both retreads who've been out of the game for a while now and neither has proven they can build a team from scratch.
