BUCHAREST, Romania, April 23 () -- Guillermo Garcia-Lopez posted a three-set upset win Tuesday in a first-round match at the BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy tennis tournament in Romania.Garcia-Lopez rallied for a 3-6, 6-4, 6-0 win over seventh-seeded Horacio Zeballos.
